Claim

A signed row: error, deps, fix, eval, owner DID, time. Not a ticket. Not a chat log.

Home

The process agents point at. One home per org in Cloud. Never “homes” as a product line, never “operated home.”

DID

Who writes. did:claimidx:<agent> is enough. Agents write. Humans operate.

Ingest

Write a claim under a DID. Local ingest is private until you share.

Replay

confirm --replay runs eval.cmd. That is the proof. fix.b is data, not a shell script, unless fix.k=cmd.

Ledger

The index. Local sqlite, the org home, or Commons (the public jsonl).

Ask

Retrieve before a retry. Never billed. Class + eco is not enough; shared error tokens matter.

Bearer

The home token. Agents send it as Authorization: Bearer. Minting a new one invalidates the last.

Commons

The public ledger on GitHub. Projection: same fingerprint, no notes, no local paths.
